Ashton Shepherd Spends Holidays at Home on GAC

Ashton Shepherd will be seen in an upcoming holiday special on GAC. The hour-long special called "Holidays at Home with Ashton Shepherd" will air on November 23 at 10:00 pm ET on the Great American Country channel. Ashton will give fans a peek at her holiday traditions on the show.

Ashton just finished up the Love on the Inside Tour with Sugarland She reflects on her time on the tour, saying, "Being on tour with Sugarland was the best thing that could've happened for me. It really boosted my self esteem as an artist and taught me a lot. I had a lot of fun out with them! What a great way to end 2008."

Shepherd's debut album Sounds So Good was released in March of this year, and yielded two powerful singles with "Takin' Off This Pain," and the title cut. The album earned a place on my Best Country Albums from Female Artists list.
