We were at the Showdown last Thursday and would like to purchase an unedited tape of the performance. Can you direct me? Thanks!

Just shows you how rigged this competition is. It was supposed to be for Amatuers, just like ‘Idol’.

What a joke. By the way, I competed in this as well as America’s Got Talent, another rigged joke, so I know the inside story.

Jean, your comments are ignorant. Johnny has been working hard for years and earned his gigs as an “opening act.” Opening acts are usually great talents but almost never considered professional. Johnny has also previously competed in the Showdown and did not win. All the contestants worked quite hard to get to the level of this competition and any one of them could have won. I assure you that Johnny and his family were all there with the expectation that he would win, but he won on talent and hard work. Get in the business and you’ll understand that it’s talent, hard work, and determination that count.
