The powers that be have not yet announced who will be receiving this year's Nobel Peace Prize in the ceremony on Dec. 10, 2009. But, if the line-up of entertainers is any indication, it should be an interesting choice. In addition to ceremony co-hosts Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, performers will include Wyclef Jean, Donna Summer, Luis Fonsi, Amadou & Miriam, and country superstar Toby Keith. Keith will be on tour in Europe at the time, anyway, and the stop in Oslo for the Nobel ceremony will be his second date in Norway.
This year's Nobel Peace Prize recipient will be announce Oct. 9, three days after Keith's new much-anticipated album American Ride drops. Fans can pre-order the album on his Web site. In the meantime, he's offering a track a day to fans who can't wait until next week for the release. Today's track is "If You're Tryin' You Ain't," and you can listen here.

Hey Toby! Put your boot in their ass, it’s the American Way!
It will be interesting to see Toby’s view of the “American Way”, next to President Obama’s “Change of the American Way”, when he performs at the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony. I guess he won’t be singing about putting a boot in anyone’s a** that day!
Toby Keith is performing at the NOBEL ceremony??!! What, they could’t find a farting goat to embarass the US more?
