It's time for me to give credit where credit is due -- to the Eli Young Band who have the top single of 2011, "Crazy Girl."
That's right, the group beat out Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan, and even the redoubtable Ms. Swift.
How did they do it? I have no clue.
Thematically and musically, "Crazy Girl" is a hot mess. It's radio chum that's best summed up in the following lines:
Crazy girl, don't you know that I love you?
and
I love you like crazy, girl.
