Randy Travis had an interesting week.
On Tuesday he was arrested, after reportedly crashing his car through construction barricades and stopping at a convenience store for cigarettes while nude.
The country singer was charged with driving while intoxicated and felony retaliation (for allegedly threatening the lives of highway patrol officers who arrived on the scene).
This hasn't been the country singer's first encounter with the law. Last February, he pleaded no contest to charges of public intoxication; Travis was discovered sitting in his car with an open bottle of wine.
"I apologize for what resulted following an evening of celebrating the Super Bowl," Travis said in a statement following the February arrest. "I'm committed to being responsible and accountable, and apologize for my actions."
In 2010, the "Forever and Ever, Amen" singer divorced his wife and longtime manager Elizabeth Travis. Since then, both have filed lawsuits over her dismissal as his manager.
