When The Sun Goes Down - Kenny Chesney

Toby Keith's "American Soldier" remains at No. 1 on the singles charts for a second week, with Alan Jackson's "Remember When" at No. 2. Both songs have lost their bullets, and most likely will drop next week, leaving it wide open for Terri Clark to advance from No. 3 with "I Wanna Do It All". Tim McGraw's "Watch The Wind Blow By" drops to No. 4, down one spot from last week, but either song could move to the top next week. Brad Paisley's "Little Moments" remains at No. 5, also with a bullet.

Shania Twain's "It Only Hurts When I'm Breathing" has the biggest chart movement, moving 7 spots to No. 43 in just its second week on the charts. Moving up 6 spots at No. 35 is Brooks & Dunn with "That's Waht She Gets For Loving Me," and Lee Ann Womack's new one "The Wrong Girl" at No. 51.

Debuting this week is Epic newcomer Colt Prather with "I Won't Go On and On" at No. 49. Hank Williams Jr. debuts at No. 53 with "Why Can't We All Just Get a Long Neck?". Mickey DiMichele debuts at No. 57 with "Jolene." (Not the song by Dolly Parton.) Andy Griggs debuts at No. 60 with "She Thinks She Needs Me."

Kenny Chesney remains at No. 1 on the album charts with When The Sun Goes Down with Toby Keith's Shock'n Y'All at No. 2, Alan Jackson's Greatest Hits, Vol II is at No. 3, Josh Turner's Long Black Train is at No. 4 and Shania Twain's Up rounds out the Top 5.

New albums this week are Keith Urban's Keith Urban In the Ranch which debuts at No. 34. Cledus T. Judd's The Essenshul Cledus T. Judd debuts at No. 61, and John Denver's Essential John Denver debuts at No. 66.

NOTE: All chart rankings are based on the song or album's position on the Billboard Hot Country Singles Chart or Billboard Country Albums Chart for February 28, 2004.
