When The Sun Goes Down - Kenny Chesney

When The Sun Goes Down - Kenny Chesney

Keith Urban holds onto the No. 1 spot with "You'll Think Of Me," but it loses its bullet and will most likely fall from the top next week. Kenny Chesney's "When The Sun Goes Down" remains at No. 2, with Rascal Flatts "Mayberry" at No. 3, and poised to take over the No. 1 spot next week. At No. 4 is Gretchen Wilson with "Redneck Woman," which moves up one spot. Rounding out the Top 5 is John Michael Montgomery's "Letters From Home" which drops a spot from last week.

Our fastest moving song of the week belongs to Kenny Chesney with "I Go Back" moving up 10 spots from No. 53 to No. 42 this week. Martina McBride and Clint Black are tied for second with "How Far" and "Boogie Man" respectively moving up seven spots. Martina moves from No. 36 to No. 29. Clint moves from No. 59 to No. 52. In third place are four songs; "Blame It On Mama" from The Jenkins, moving from No. 41 to No. 35, "Rough & Ready" from Trace Adkins, moving from No. 42 to No. 36, "Save A Horse (Ride A Cowboy" from Big & Rich, moving from No. 45 to No. 39, and "In A Real Love" from Phil Vassar, moving from No. 50 to No. 44.

We have brand new music from Rushlow with "Sweet Summer Rain" which debuts at No. 56. Blue County debuts at No. 58 with "That's Cool," and Dierks Bentley debuts at No. 59 with "How Am I Doin'".

On the album charts, we have two debut albums in the Top 5. Kenny Chesney is still at No. 1 with When The Sun Goes Down, but Loretta Lynn debuts at No. 2 with Van Lear Rose, which is her highest debut ever. At No. 3 is Keith Urban's Golden Road, which drops one this week. At No. 4 is Toby Keith's Shock'n Y'All. At No. 5 is our second new album, from Mary Chapin Carpenter with Between Here and Gone

There were no other new albums this week.

NOTE: All chart rankings are based on the song or album's position on the Billboard Hot Country Singles Chart or Billboard Country Albums Chart for May 15, 2004.
