Terri started the show with the title cut to her latest album, "Pain to Kill," and then went back a ways to sing "Emotional Girl." She said how great it was to be back in California, her favorite place to play, and that she wishes she could afford to live here. She said they were staying in a town, then couldn't recall the name of the town where they were staying that night, to which a band member told her "Williams." Terri then repeated they were staying in Williams, which got a chuckle, as we all know that the town of Williams is not a big one. Terri remarked "Not a lot to see." She mentioned that she wanted to go running and asked at the hotel where a good place to do that would be. They directed her "down the road and then told her to turn left to go to the high school track." She said she went there and it was more like a field with cow pies, so she ended up running on the road, and thanked the fact that all the cars didn't run her over.
Terri asked "Anyone lose their asses tonight in the casino?" and remarked that she's not much of a gambler, and that the last night at the casino she actually spent $60.00 gambling on slots. She said "The only redeeming feature of a slot machine is you get to see Bar.. Bar.. Bar.. Bar.." So, naturally after the show she went to the... bar.
The next part of the show is what Terri calls her medley of Top 13s. Some were played a lot and some played a little and some played hardly at all. These were: "If I Were You," "A Little Gasoline," "When Boy Meets Girl," and "Every Time I Cry."
Another story Terri told was about the previous nights show when she was singing the medley, there was a couple in the first row in front of her and the man was trying to get the camera out of his wife's front jacket pocket, and having a lot of trouble doing so. She said it looked like he was copping a feel and she started laughing so hard she couldn't finish the song. She quipped "I guess he wanted to 'do it all.'"
In another part of the show Terri mentioned that she had been part of the recent Tribute album to Patsy Cline, which got quite a bit of applause. She asked if we had bought the album, then joked to the fan in the front row that had been to the show the previous night "I know you have it. Anyone that would drive 600 miles for a show has got to get that album." She then sang the song she had recorded for the album, which was "Walking After Midnight."
