When Terri introduced a song from her album Fearless she said that she heard that Country Weekly had voted the album one of their Top 100 albums, and she was glad someone noticed it. The song was one she wrote with Mary Chapin Carpenter, "No Fear."
Terri always has a part of the show where she slows things down a bit and sits on a chair hatless. As she did this some fans handed her a pair of bunny ears. At first I didn't get it but after a few seconds I realized, as she put them on, it was due to her recent offer to pose for the cover of Playboy Magazine. She looked adorable in the ears, but I wasn't fast enough to get a picture before she removed them. She told us that she was offered a lot of money to pose, but she turned it down. Then, she said she met with all the Playboy Bunnies and posed with them in a photo, and said she felt so out of place, like "which one of these things is not like the other."
Terri played for an hour and 20 minutes including a three song encore. It was a great show, as usual. I highly recommend seeing Terri if she's coming your way. She is so audience-friendly, and I love her music.
