What is Fan Fair?

Fan Fair is an annual festival where fans can meet many of their favorite country music stars for autographs and photos. The festival is currently in its 32nd year, and this year it remains at the Downtown Nashville location, with performances held at The Coliseum.

How do I get tickets?

Fan Fair tickets are available through Ticketmaster. Or you can call 866-FAN-FAIR (866-326-3247), Or you can download a ticket order form (.pdf file). There are available in three different packages running from $125.00 - $145.00 for adults, and $86.00 - $100.00 for ages 18 and younger. The differences are the location of the seating at the Adelphia Coliseum. 4-Day Passes Include

There will be free In-town Shuttle Service for Fan Fair 4-day registration ticket holders. Shuttles will operate on a continuous loop each day between the three downtown Fan Fair venues. Shuttles will run between venues every 5-10 minutes. For schedule and stops, check out the Travel & Planning page.

Shuttle service from outlying areas of Nashville to Fan Fair events Downtown will be available from several park-and-ride locations with unlimited access on the “Gray Line Satellite Shuttle”—Fan Fair’s official Satellite Shuttle service! You will need to purchase a separate pass to ride the Satellite Shuttle.

Stops include: Music Valley Drive at Music Valley Village (Suite 161) with handicapped accessible parking and transportation. Opry Mills (Entry 4 at the Food Court). Cost for the Gray Line Satellite Shuttle service is $35 for a five-day pass (Wednesday-Sunday) and $30 for a four-day pass (Thursday-Sunday). One-day passes are available ON SITE ONLY for $10. We encourage registrants to make your reservations in advance. For advance Gray Line Satellite Shuttle reservations, call (800) 251-1864 or (615) 883-5555.

An The Coliseum parking pass is available for purchase with all ticket packages. ALL PERSONS PARKING AT ADELPHIA COLISEUM MUST PRE-PURCHASE A PASS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please call 1-866-FAN-FAIR (326-3247) to purchase your parking pass.

$20 for cars
$60 for buses
$120 for RVs

The parking pass is good for four days (no overnight parking) and spaces are limited. There are also more than 20,000 public parking spaces in the greater Downtown area.

Can I buy single day tickets?

Advance-purchase tickets for each nightly show at The Coliseum cost $25 plus $2.50 per ticket handling fee for any ticket purchased through the Gaylord Entertainment Center Box Office, 501 Broadway, Nashville, Tenn., or toll-free at (866) FAN-FAIR. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster outlets, by phone or over the Internet cost $25 plus applicable Ticketmaster fees. Tickets will be available starting Monday, April 7 (10:00 AM/CT).

Based on availability, single concert tickets will also be sold during Fan Fair at The Coliseum ticket office. Tickets will NOT be available at The Coliseum before June 5. Ticket prices are subject to change. A limited amount of on-site, nightly parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in lots E and F at The Coliseum, home of the NFL Tennessee Titans.

As an added incentive, ticket-holders for the CMT Flameworthy 2003 Video Music Awards, Monday, April 7, will receive a $5 discount on their single concert ticket for Fan Fair Coliseum shows. Flameworthy ticket holders may purchase discounted tickets for $20 at the Gaylord Entertainment Center Box Office that evening only during the show.
