Best in Country Music Webring
Welcome to
"The Best in Country Music" webring homepage.
Below you will find information on what this ring is
about and how to join it.

Ring Description

The webring consists of websites on country music topics, or on specific artists or groups.

There are a few qualifications to have your site added to the ring.

  • Sites must be related to Country Music, or on a specific artist or group.
  • Sites must have SOME original content, such as fan photos, cd reviews, concert reviews, fan stories, message boards, charts, pen pal listings, polls, artist information, etc.
  • Sites that are merely a single page with a list of an artists discography, and a few album covers do not qualify. Again, the BEST sites have at least SOME original content.
  • Sites that steal bandwidth are NOT allowed. (Stealing bandwidth is linking to someone elses graphics instead of downloading them and putting them in your own site directory.)
  • If the site is on GeoCities, it must NOT have pop-up windows. It's quite easy to add a GeoGuide to your page to prevent this from happening. I want people that surf this webring to enjoy visiting sites, not have to keep dodging annoying pop-up windows.
  • This is a family-safe ring, so your site must not have content that is unappropriate for children.

HTML Code To Add To Your Page

I have the ring set up to mail you the code with your specific site information. You can also get this information here, but you will have to edit your email, name, and site id manually, where you see --email--, --name--, and --siteid--.

Another way to get use the Edit your Site Info form below. This takes you to the editing page. You will find the code at the bottom of the page. It is already complete with your id, name and email. The only thing you'll need to change is the location of the graphics, if you have them anywhere but the root directory of your website.

Don't forget to DOWNLOAD the two graphics files, bestcountry.jpg and nextsite.jpg.
