"Away Out There" is an early cover of a Sons Of The Pioneers song. I am absolutely in love with the fiddle part of the music in this song. "Beaumont Rag" is an instrumental that shows just why in Texas they still call Bob Wills "The King." "Ahh Haa." "Blue Yodel No. 1" is a Jimmie Rogers song that today is more commonly known as "T For Texas." "Blue Bonnet Lane" was written by Cindy Walker who would later contribute "Cherokee Maiden" to Bob Wills' song repetoire. "Spanish Two Step" has its own special place in the history of country music as the song that eventually became one of Bob Wills' biggest hits, "San Antonio Rose." "San Antonio Rose" is a song that has always been one of my special favorites. "Got A Letter From My Kid Today" is a song that was released during the beginnings of World War 2 and suprisingly enough was not made widely avalable. It features a slowed down tender performance by Tommy Duncan that just cant be beat. Song List
