"While You Were Gone" is a song about a relationship that has ended, and is not going to be started up again, according to writer Gary Bennett. "You Wore Out The Welcome Mat Last Time You Slammed The Door You Can't Come Back This Time." "Look Me Up" has got that oh-so-cool honky tonk beat that has become BR549's signature sound. "Let's See How Far You Get" is a song that was co-written by one of my most favorite country music songwriters, Harlan Howard along with Kostas. "Different Drum" is a song that I take to be about a child with a physical disability. How even though people make fun and he can't do some of the things that others do.
