Decorate your computer desktop with country music icons. I've created a set of 12 country icons from photos taken by Ron Newcomer, and used with his permission. Then, I've added a second set of 12 country icons taken from photos I took myself. The second set is done in the larger 64x64 size, rather than the 32x32 size. Download one, two, three, or the whole dozen as a .zip file. Each individual .zip file is in .zip format also. To download, "Save as..." or "Save picture as..." to save it to your computer. To replace one of your current icons with the new icon using Windows 98, click on "Start," then choose "Control Panel," then "Display," then the "Effects" tab. Then choose "Change Icon" for the icon you wish to change, and use the "Browse" to find where you saved the new .zip file. Then when you find it, click on "Ok" and again "Ok" to accept the new Icon file. That's it. For Windows XP, click on "Start," then choose "Control Panel," then "Display," then the "Appearance" tab. Then choose "Customize Desktop," then choose "Change Icon" for the icon you wish to change, and use the "Browse" to find where you saved the new .zip file. Then when you find it, click on "Ok" and again "Ok" to accept the new Icon file. That's it. I don't have instructions for other Windows OS, but you can probably find it by going to the Control Panel and looking for something the same as above.
These files are in .zip format. To unzip either file,
The icons below are 64x64 size. Feel free to download the entire zip package, or the individual icons.
