Merle Haggard inducted Charley Pride into the Country Music Hall of Fame. Charley came out and sang parts of "Kiss an Angel Good Morning," "Crystal Chandeliers," and "Is Anybody Going To San Antone."

Toby Keith performed his smash single, "How Do You Like Me Now," backed up by the Tennessee Titans cheerleaders.

Toby also announced the winner of the Musician of the Year award.

The winner of the award was:
Harguss "Pig" Robbins.

Travis Tritt inducted the late Faron Young into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Reba McEntire performed her latest single, "So Good Together." After hte song, Reba received an award for International Achievement from Trisha Yearwood.

The last award of the night, the Entertainer of the Year award, was presented by last year's winner, Shania Twain.

The winner of the award was:
The Dixie Chicks.
