Don McLean in conjunction with Relentless/Nashville Records has recently formed his own record company. "Don McLean Sings Marty Robbins" is the 2nd of two albums that have just been released. Don has always been a fan of the late Marty Robbins.

"Among My Souvenirs" is a great tune that Don really makes his own in a new very soft style.

"Kaw Liga" is a great new version of the Hank Williams Sr. classic.

"Don't Worry 'Bout Me" has always been one of my favorite Marty Robbins tunes.

"Ribbon Of Darkness" is a really great song that was written by one of my favorite singers/songwriters Gordon Lightfoot.

"El Paso" to me is the ultimate Marty Robbins song. No Marty Robbins tribute album would be complete without it.

"Devil Woman" is done on this album in a medium tempo style that is really different and "VERY CHOICE."

"You Gave Me A Mountain" is a song that has been covered by everyone including Elvis Presley. I like Don's version the best. It has a very classic country feel to it.
