Well, on August 5th 1997, I had the pleasure of meeting Garth. Me fiance, at the time, was one of 4 winners chosen on WMJC radio to go to the live VH1 Garth Brooks special. We sat about 50 feet away from him to whole time. After the show, he was signing autographs and posing for pictures with everyone. When it was my turn, he signed my ticket and my shirt! I asked "Can I kiss you?" He kinda blushed, smiled and said "Sure". I almost died!!! I kissed that gorgeous face. As I walked away, I just about fell over the chairs. It was the greatest experience I ever had!!! |
