Now what's that all about, you say? Can I really talk to you on the phone any time I want?
The answer is yes... and no. Some About Guides have registered with Keen to provide you with an extra service in case you'd like to speak one-on-one with a Guide. But you won't be able to call just any old time. I've listed the times I am available below. Or, you can mail me and schedule a time. I also have recorded info available.
It's not free. (What is?) The cost is .99 a minute, with the first three minutes free under certain circumstances as an introductory offer.

I've been a Guide with About for 4 years now, starting out as the Garth Brooks Fans Guide, and then moving on to General Country Music in 1998. I don't claim to be the world's leading expert on country music, but I know where to find the answers as well as anybody else. I'm much more familiar with contemporary artists and music, but I can research any classic country questions you may have and provide an answer for you in Keen Mail. The cost for this research is $5.00 for brief answers, and $15.00 for more detailed responses (more than 1 page.) I will respond to your Keen Mail messages within 24 hours, unless I contact you to make other arrangements.
A couple of ground rules: Like I mentioned above, I'm more familiar with the more current artists, but I am happy to look up information on artists and stars of yesteryear.
I'm not interested in discussing anything of a political or religious nature. And abusive or hostile callers will be hung up on with no ceremony, and will still be charged for their calls.
