Kerry writes:

My favorite is "If Tomorrow Never Comes." I think it makes you stop and think that you really should just live each day, one at a time, because you never know what lies ahead of you.
Beth writes:

My favorite is "If Tomorrow Never Comes." This is my favorite song because it lets people know there is nothing wrong with letting the ones you love know it. You will never know if the next time you see them might be the last time or not.
Judy writes:

My favorite is "The Dance." I had a friend that always asked people what they would change about their lives, (This was a LONG time before Garth) and I always told him that "I would take away the pain." "The Dance" reminds me of him, and his question, and my response, but it mostly reminds me that I miss him... you see he committed suicide in 1984 at the too young age of 20! No matter what new song Garth puts out... this will ALWAYS be my favorite.
Janet writes:

My favorite is "The Dance." I think that it is very inspirational, and it has a very good message to it.
Pennie writes:

My favorite is "Much Too Young (To Be This Damn Old.)" It just has that something 'extra,' which is hard to put into words!
Ronnie writes:

My favorite is "If Tomorrow Never Comes." That's what I do when my girlfriend falls asleep next to me. On a bus ride to Disneyland, she fell asleep on me, and that convinced me to ask her to be my girlfriend. So, now that's our song.
Amanda writes:

My favorite is "The Dance." Actually, I like all of the songs. I liked this song, along with the others, until I saw Mr. Brooks in concert on January 14, 1997, in Hampton, VA. (I think that was the date.) Anyway, my cousin had died the week before, and I had to go to South Carolina for her funeral. (She was 33.) I thought that I was okay and that I had gotten over her death pretty well, but when I heard "The Dance," I was listening to the meaning of the song. So, I started thinking about her, and what kind of person she was, and what she had done for all her children, (she was an elementary school teacher.) Next thing I know, I am crying like a baby. So this song has a very special place in my heart.
Janet writes:

My favorite is "The Dance." Not only is this my favorite song on the "Garth Brooks" album, but it is my favorite song, period. It has so much sentimental value for me.

This girl that I dated about 3 years ago was great, and we were so much alike. But, that ended up being the problem; we were too much alike and we broke up. Afterwards we became really good friends, and she is my best friend to this day.

I played football in high school, and we always went out to eat afterwards while we were friends. One night on the way to the restaurant, "The Dance" came on, and as we both listened intently to the words, both of us had a tear down our cheeks. Now, we both had known the song for a while, but when we really listened to the words, we realized that it almost seems that Garth is talking straight to us every time that we hear it. When he says, "I could have missed the pain, but I'd have had to miss the dance," every time that we hear it, we know that we could have missed the pain of dating, and going through a breakup, but then we would have missed our "dance," i.e. all of the years of friendship.

Our last night together before she went away to college, "The Dance" happened to come on the radio. I don't know if that had any divine influence or not, but when we heard it, we just drove around for a while, and talked and cried over all of the time we had, and how much "The Dance" had meant to us.

And that is why "The Dance" is so special to me.
Christie writes:

My favorite is "Much Too Young (To Be This Damn Old.)" I guess it's because I can relate to it. I'm Garth's age, and I can feel what he is feeling, especially when he sings the chorus.
Pat writes:

My favorite is "The Dance." Well, actually it's not my favorite, because they are all excellent songs, so I can't pick just one.
Boo writes:

My favorite is "Alabama Clay." I like the message that what you're looking for is really right in front of you. Home and family mean a lot to me.
Tracy writes:

My favorite is "Alabama Clay." This song reminds me of myself. It touches close to home.
Julie writes:

My favorite is "If Tomorrow Never Comes." This song means a great deal to me because it reminds me of the fact that you never know what will happen tomorrow... or even today, for that fact. Make sure the ones you love KNOW it.
Tina writes:

My favorite is "The Dance." When my mother passed away in 1995, it really made me look at my life in perspective. Garth is one of the best artists to touch so many people from all different kinds of backgrounds.
Aimee writes:

My favorite is "If Tomorrow Never Comes." Both "The Dance," and "If Tomorrow Never Comes" have special places in my heart, but if I actually had to choose a favorite, it'd have to be "If Tomorrow Never Comes."

Why?

Because thanks to Garth and this song, I got the nerve to tell a very important man in my life that I love him.
Kathy writes:

My favorite is "The Dance." I like this song because it is just one of those nice tunes that you can sit back and relax and listen to the words, and they seem to mean something to you personally.
Emma writes:

My favorite is "If Tomorrow Never Comes," because of the amount of emotion that Garth gets behind the words in the song. I can relate to the words personally, and it therefore feels like the song is a message to people, telling you to make sure that people know you care about them.

I think this is a wonderful song and feel it really is special.
Chelle writes:

My favorite is "The Dance." I think thys song speaks for EVERYONE. I don't think that there is a tyme in one person's life where they can't hear the words of "The Dance" and relate to them... and smile.
