Tammy Cochran: My three favorites on the album are "If You Can," "What I Learned From Loving You," and of course, "Angels In Waiting."
Carrie59HOST: I got to see your televised appearance on the Grand Old Opry. What went through your mind the first time you got to stand on that stage in that circle where so many country music legends such as Patsy Cline and Hank Williams have stood? Tammy Cochran: I've sung at the Grand Old Opry several times now, and everytime it's amazing for me. A dream come true. The last time it was held at the Ryman Auditorium, the original Grand Ol' Opry. To stand on that stage where so many of my heros have stood. Means more than words can say. Carrie59HOST: What are three words you would use to describe yourself. Tammy Cochran: That's a hard question, I think I'm pretty normal, nothing too special. A little adventurous, and a little cautious. Carrie59HOST: What is in your home or car CD player at this moment? Tammy Cochran: Charlie Robison's Step Right Up advance CD. Carrie59HOST: What was the first music cassette/album you can remember buying? Tammy Cochran: Well, the first two albums I had were by Loretta Lynn, and Barbara Mandrell. Carrie59HOST: I know with a new album coming out that you are probably a very busy lady. What do you do to relax on your days off? Tammy Cochran: I don't have too much time these days to relax, but when I get a chance I just rent a ton of movies, and do some shopping. Carrie59HOST: Who would you consider the most influential Female/Male singer in country music history. Tammy Cochran: I think every artist has influenced country music in one way or another. Carrie59HOST: If you could meet anyone in country music, dead or alive, who would you choose? Tammy Cochran: Tammy Wynette. Carrie59HOST: Do you favor the more traditional country music or the pop sounding country music? Tammy Cochran: I love country music. To me, it doesn't matter if it's traditional or pop sounding. As long as the song moves me, I like it. I really relate to songs that make me feel something.
