Lonesome Bob
Bob (born Bob Chaney in Camden, New Jersey) first gained popularity as the original drummer for the Ben Vaughn Combo. He was also involved in several independent projects including Kenn Kewder's Kitchen Folk, the Gus Cordovox Quintet, and the Black Flies. As a solo artist, he appeared on the critically acclaimed "Lyrics by Ernest Noyes Brookings" CD series. His own material has found inclusion in records by The Mekons and The Waco Brothers, whose version of "Do You Think About Me" is the title track of their 1997 EP.

He resided in New York City from 1984 to 1994, but eventually made his way to Nashville, where he is a mainstay in the growing underground scene. In 1996, his song "The Plans We Made" was included in the compilation album, "Nashville: The Other Side of the Alley". Bob's debut solo CD Things Fall Apart was released in 1997 on Checkered Past Records.
