In the mid-tempo "Innocent Man," she does not understand why bad things keep happening in the world, and how there could be so much wrong with society. She wants to find a man who will respect her because she has been badly hurt by past loves. An innocent man will not hurt her so she wants to shut out the world and just be with him. "One Solitary Tear" is an amazingly beautiful slow song. She and her boyfriend were madly in love but they broke up and then he took off and she never saw him again. Though many things remind her that he is gone, she will only cry one tear at a time until she is over her heartache. "Trouble In Paradise" - Her love is always busy at work and she thinks something wrong is happening, but instead of causing chaos she just lets it slide. She tells herself it is okay, even though she knows she is lying to herself when she thinks that way. "I Want to Fall In Love (So Hard It Hurts)" is a fast-paced tune about feeling like she was locked in a tower in her last relationship and she wants to cut loose and fall in love with a fun guy who will not treat her like she is a prisoner. In the ballad, "Words," she told him how she felt and now she wishes she never said what she did because she is sorry and wants him back. She did not really mean goodbye and she realized she should have stopped him from leaving and told him the truth from the very beginning. "Put Your Heart Into It" is another spunky / sassy song. It starts off with a lady saying "Okay honey. Girl - you dont even - you're too young to know what this song is talking about," and then Sherrie giggles. You dont have to pretend to be someone else and do wacky things to catch her eye, just be yourself and use your heart. "You don't need to bring me roses on rollerskates," one part goes, and then "If you're gonna love me, why don't you just do it? Come on baby put your heart into it." Throughout different situations in "You Keep On Lovin' Me," whether she hurts or criticizes him, he keeps on loving her. He understands that noone is perfect and he stands by her side. They work through all of their problems and remain together instead of giving up on their love. Song List:
