Bryan White - Bryan White
When I first heard "Look At Me Now" I knew I'd have to get the album for which it appeared on. Bryan White released self-titled album in 1994. However, it wasn't an immediate hit album. Bryan and his label decided to release the mundane single "Eugene You Genius" as the first single.
While "Eugene" wasn't a smash hit, it did crack the Billboard Top 40 in fall of 1994. The second single released from the CD was "Look At Me Now." What happened after the mild success of the first two singles is remarkable. In those days, most new artists who didn't have a Top 10 hit right off the bat were released by their label. The third single, "Someone Else's Star," became Bryan White's first Billboard No. 1 hit.
The final single off of the CD was "Rebecca Lynn." Another No. 1 hit, the song along with the others, helped Bryan to be named the CMA Horizon Award winner for 1995. with the four hit singles and some wonderful album tracks, Bryan White's self-titled debut CD is one that clearly showcases a budding talent.
