Guide Review
Various Artists - Come Together: America Salutes The Beatles
Wow, where do I start? While I wasn't alive to enjoy the Beatles when they recorded their music, I know that any true music fan should not be without at least one of their records. Country Music stars are not any different; every star on "Come Together" has one thing in common; the respect and admiration for the great music the Beatles created.

Collin Raye's version of McCartney's "Let It Be" sounds as good as the original does while Delbert McClinton's rockin' version of "Come Together" is simply inspiring. Delbert says that he was the guy who taught John Lennon how to play the harmonica. Little Texas takes "Help!" and makes it into a harmonic beauty. Steve Warner's Guitar playing and vocals highlight "Get Back" while Chet Atkins distinctive guitar style is a nice layer behind the beautiful vocals of Suzy Bogguss on "All My Loving."

If you are looking for one of the best tribute albums ever recorded, look no further than "Come Together: America Salutes The Beatles."
