This DVD contains live performances from artists that were part of the O Brother Where Art Thou soundtrack. The performance took place in Nashville, and besides seeing the actual show, you see backstage interviews and banter between the artists.
The show is hosted by the late John Hartford, with his wry wit and sense of humor, really adds to the show. Cast members include The Cox Family, Fairfield Four, Emmylou Harris, Chris Thomas King, Alison Krauss and Union Station, Colin Linden, The Peasall Sisters, Ralph Stanley, Gillian Welch and David Rawlings, and The Whites.
