Guide Review
Wade Hayes - Old Enough To Know Better
When I first heard "Old Enough To Know Better," I was still a relatively new fan of country music. The song really had my toes tappin' and I instantly wanted the CD. A few weeks after hearing the song, I bought the CD. What I heard was a neo-classic that would see five songs, including the title track hit the charts.

Besides the five singles, the other tracks include some fine covers like Keith Whitley's "Kentucky Bluebird" and the sad "Family Reunion." Another highlight is the Brooks & Dunn written track, "Steady As She Goes."

With its tried and true country themes and solid country sounds, Wade Hayes' debut CD, Old Enough To Know Better is simply one of the best releases from the 1990's. This CD should be in every country music fan's library.
