Charlie Daniels Band - Redneck Fiddlin' Man
This is a high-energy album from start to finish. Charlie and his band have outdone themselves with the instrumentals. They have also brought in two high-profile guest artists to give them a hand as well. Garth Brooks and Travis Tritt stop in to Jam with Charlie and the band.
This is an album that will make you want to get up and move with the music. It is next to impossible not to be tapping your toes along with the rhythm. Charlie "rocks" with songs like, "Rock This Joint," "Little Joe and Big Bill," and "Southern Boy" to name a few. He even throws in a little Zydeco music with "Fais Do Do." He slows things down a little and shows us his well-known Patriotic side with "The Last Fallen Hero." This is a great song vowing not to forget events of September 11 until the last fallen hero rests in peace.
This is one of the best Charlie Daniels albums I have heard yet. The songs are well written and the lyrics are backed up with great music. I would say that this is a must have for anyone who enjoys the "Southern Rock" style of Country. Charlie shows his red, white and blue blood by closing the album with "The Star Spangled Banner."
