Guide Review
Gary Allan - Used Heart For Sale
Gary Allan is a unique talent. From the moment you hear his voice you know he's different than the average singer. "Her Man" was the Top 10 song that introduced the surfing former used car salesman from California to the world. While that song was the only hit, it did hint at greater things to come.

The rest of the album is filled with songs that are either playful or ones that tug at your heart strings. Songs like Garth Brooks' "From Where I'm Sitting" and Jim Lauderdale's "Wake Up Screaming" showcase the diversity of the album. Also included are a couple great cover songs with Faron Young's "Wine Me Up" and "Living In A House Full Of Love."

With the diversity, Used Heart For Sale is good introduction into the unique talents of vocalist Gary Allan. This CD should be in every fan's collection.
