Jessica Andrews - Who I Am
"Who I Am" is a good title for the album, as it chronicles exactly where Jessica is at this point in her life and it is also a good indicator of things yet to come. She is going to evolve and modify things throughout her career and that is good because that is what any artist should do with their music.
The first release from this album was "Who I Am," a song that went all the way to number one for multiple weeks while the second single, "Helplessly Hopelessly," stayed on the lower end of the Country Charts. "Every Time" reminds me of a more mature version of The Riverside," (a song on her debut "Heart Shaped World" Album), and Jessica shows her fun teen side on "Karma," and "I Don't Like Anyone."
Jessica is one of those rare talents that will never need a "lucky" time to be popular, all she has to do is keep on doing her own thing and will be great until she decides she does not want to be in the spotlight any longer.
