What is Fan Fair?

Fan Fair is an annual festival where fans can meet many of their favorite country music stars for autographs and photos. The festival is currently in its 31st year, and this year it remains at the Downtown Nashville location, with performances held at the Adelphia Coliseum.

How do I get tickets?

Fan Fair tickets are available through Ticketmaster. Or you can call 866-FAN-FAIR (866-326-3247), Or you can download a ticket order form (.pdf file). There are available in three different packages running from $100.00 - $145.00 for adults, and $65.00 - $100.00 for ages 18 and younger. The differences are the location of the seating at the Adelphia Coliseum. 4-Day Passes Include:

  • Nightly Star-Packed Main Stage Shows at Adelphia Coliseum
  • Daily Concerts at Riverfront Stages
  • Daily Admittance to Exhibits and Autograph Booths at Nashville Convention Center
  • Free In-Town Shuttles
  • 31st Anniversary Collectors Program Book
  • Special Discounts to Area Attractions, Restaurants, Shops and More!

The free Downtown shuttles will run all day, every day from Adelphia Coliseum to the Nashville Convention Center and Riverfront Park. Shuttle service from outlying areas of Nashville to Fan Fair events Downtown will also be available from several park-and-ride locations with unlimited access on the "Gray Line Satellite Shuttle" -- Fan Fair's official Satellite Shuttle service.

Stops include Music Valley Drive at Music Valley Village (Suite 161) with handicapped accessible parking and transportation and Opry Mills (Entry 4 at the Food Court). Separate park-and-ride passes for the Gray Line Satellite Shuttle service are $35 for a five-day pass (Wednesday- Sunday) and $30 for a four-day pass (Thursday-Sunday). One-day passes are available on site only for $10. For advance Gray Line Satellite Shuttle reservations, call toll free 800-251-1864 or 615-883-5555. Fan Fair 2002 will continue its new charitable component that began in 2001, with CMA now donating half of Fan Fair's net proceeds to charities designated by the artists participating in the event. Sixty-six charities benefited in 2001.

Prices include tax. Children 3 years and younger are admitted FREE.
