Collin has so many hits and he doesn't like to disappoint anyone by not singing their favorite, so he combines several of his songs into short medleys. He apologizes for this, but says that if he left some out, he'd meet people after the show that would say, "I drove 350 miles just to see you, and you left out my favorite song. I'll never buy your CDs anymore. You suck!" His words, not mine.
I'll list below the actual song list of what he sang.
When Collin introduced the members of his band, he said they all have their own theme music. I can't remember all of them, but one had "Star Trek Theme," one had "Who Let The Dogs Out," and one had "Looney Tunes." They all seem to really get along. The bandleader, who also plays keyboards was from Paradise, CA, which is about 20 miles or so from Oroville, so he got a HUGE round of applause. Collin then joked, "No, I was kidding, he is really from Michigan." Then he said he was kidding, he really was a local guy, and had lots of relatives in the audience.
During the encore, everyone stood and those of us in the front row moved to the barrier. Collin then took some towels and wiped the sweat from his neck and head and tossed the towel into the audience. He did this several times, but I never got a towel.
Collin is a true entertainer with a voice of gold. He's unquestionably one of the best ballad singers in country music, in my opinion. I highly recommend that anyone that has liked even one of his songs go see him in concert. You won't be disappointed. I took my mom, who isn't even a country fan, and she had a great time.
