This year was my second trip to the Country Hoedown, which coincides with the National Rodeo Finals. Last year I saw Chad Brock. The hoedown is held on Fremont Street, at the Fremont Street Experience.

The Fremont Street Experience is a giant lightshow on the canopy which covers a four-block area of Fremont Street, and holds 2.1 million lights. There are several shows each night with different themes, and it's something that you really do need to experience if you're visiting Las Vegas.

This year was the 14th Annual Hoedown, and performing were artists, Chely Wright, Eric Heatherly, Brad Paisley, and Terri Clark. Trick Pony was also there, but I didn't know they'd be there 'til I arrived. Another female singer that is really new was there as well, but I didn't catch her name, although I saw her perform and the girl is a wonderful yodeler.
