Each December the National Finals Rodeo comes to Las Vegas, and when it does, you'll find country artists performing all over town.
This year I decided to take in two shows at the Las Vegas Hilton. I caught the last night of keith urban with Trick Pony, and the first night of Brooks & Dunn. Then, to add to that, earlier on the second day, I also attended the Billboard Music Awards. This was the first time I had ever been to the taping of an awards show, and while there were not a lot of country artists in attendance, I really enjoyed it.
