Guide Picks - Top 3 Patty Loveless
Patty Loveless is one of the most traditional of modern country singers. Born in Pikeville, Kentucky, her straight-from-the-heart vocal style is descended from the old-time mountain singers. That Patty is able to sing, with absolute sincerity, both upbeat dance numbers and though or tear-provoking ballads, is the reason she's one of country's more successful female artists.

3.) When Fallen Angels Fly - Patty Loveless
Of the four singles released from this album, two of them were No. 1 hits, "Halfway Down" and "I Try To Think About Elvis." The other two top singles were "Here I Am" and "You Don't Even Know Who I Am." Every other track, along with the singles, are solid meat and potatoes country songs.
