He's followed closely by Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland with six, including one as a songwriter and five as a member of Sugarland. George Strait follows with five nominations, while Alan Jackson and Brad Paisley each tied with four nominations.
The 2008 CMA Awards will be held at the Sommet Center in Nashville, TN on November 12, 2008. The show will be broadcast on ABC TV (8:00-11:00 PM ET).
