Taylor Swift is wearing a silk burgandy gown with a deep cut v-neck, and flowing layers that fall just past the knee. Her shoes (which she later took off when she presented the "USA Weekend Breakthrough Video" Award) are metallic fushia strappy sandals with very high heels. (I don't blame her for taking them off. Wow, they're high!) She wears a silver headpiece, (not sure what to call it) and some silver drop earrings, and a slim ring for jewelry.
