Early Years:
A distant cousin in the entertainment industry helped Corbin break into Nashville by putting him in touch with some of his contacts in the music business.
Easton Corbin on His Musical Influences:
"My three big ones are Merle Haggard, Keith Whitley and George Jones. Their voices and the songs are phenomenal," the singer told CMT in 2010.
Debut Album:
Easton Corbin signed with Mercury Nashville Records in 2009. The next year, he released his self-titled debut album. The record's first single, "A Little More Country Than That," went to No. 1 on the country charts. The following single, "Roll With It," did likewise. He second album, "All Over the Road," was released in 2012.
