No longer on the TV show Doc, Billy Ray now is part of the cast of the Disney show, Hannah Montana, featuring his daughter Miley in the starring role. He plays her dad. A stretch, I'm sure. ;)
He's looking mighty fine in a white jacket and lavendar shirt. Miley had on a beautiful long lavendar dress, and they made a great looking couple on the carpet.
