C'mon Bottom Line:

When describing talented artists who have never received the credit they deserve, Keith Anderson's name is sure to arise. He is one of the nicest and hardest working guys in the industry. His music is about life, love, and of course, partying. His fans are loyal, and once you hear his new album C'mon, you will see why. No matter what stage he's playing on, Keith does everything he can to make quality music for everyone.

Keith Anderson's Background

Growing up, Keith mainly followed sports and academics. Although music was a huge passion in his life, he didn't pick up a guitar until he was a teenager. It was then that he realized girls liked musicians.

Over the past few years, Keith Anderson has had more than his share of ups and downs. He was drafted to play for the Kansas City Royals, but a shoulder injury ruined every chance he had for a career in professional baseball. Fitness has always been a huge part of Keith's routine. After baseball, he went on to score second place in the Mr. Oklahoma bodybuilding competition.

When he graduated college, he took a job at one of the top engineering companies in Dallas. Even after he accepted the position, Keith continued to work nights at the clubs to feed his desire to perform and sing for audiences. The first time he went to Nashville was just to record some tunes to take back and push in his own territory.

Finally, in 1998, Keith moved to Nashville and the rest is history. After the release of his debut album Three Chord Country and American Rock & Roll, fans knew what to expect of Nashville's brightest new star. Everything seemed to be going great, until recently when Keith suffered the loss of his mother, Janice. Dealing with such a hard loss, his sophomore album suddenly took on a whole new meaning.

He is truly one of the best male artists in Music City today. Every word comes from the heart and once you have one of his records in your CD player, you will understand why.

C'mon - The Songs:

The title track is the first tune you can hear off Keith's latest project. It is more like a rockin' anthem of living your life as a party animal. It is just a matter of time until fans will be able to hear this song playing in every country bar across America. Hearing this proves that Keith can relate to everyday people and understands the stress people are under. That's why he is inviting everyone in the song to go party.

One of my favorite tunes on this album is "Sunday Morning In America." This is a tune that every single person in this country can relate to. We have all taken part in the activities mentioned and it really brings it all home. He hit the nail on the head with this one.

The first single off this record is "I Still Miss You." Since it was released, it has been dominating the radio and music video channels. It is not only about losing that special someone in your life, but it is also about losing a family member. This song's run is far from over. The fans continue to vote for it and request it. Hopefully, we will see Keith slide on in the number one position on the charts very soon.

If you are a fan of the song "Lost In This Moment," you have got to hear Keith's version of it. He helped write this amazing love song, and now you can hear him sing it the way he intended it to be. This album will surly go down as one of 2008's top records.
