The first 16 tracks focus on her hits from the 1970s. The disc starts off with her hit "I've Cried (The Blue Right Out Of My Eyes)." Other hits are, "Somebody Loves You," "I'll Get Over You," "You Never Miss A Real Good Thing (Till He Says Goodbye)," "I'll Do It All Over Again," "Talking In Your Sleep" and "Why Have You Left The One You Left Me For."
The remainder of the disc focuses on her hits from the 1980's. Songs like, "Half The Way," "It's Like We Never Said Goodbye," "Too Many Lovers," "You Never Gave Up On Me," "The Sound Of Goodbye" and her duet with the late Eddie Rabbitt called "You And I." With 25 tracks total, this is the most complete retrospective of the music of Crystal Gayle on a single CD. With over 30 years of hits to pick from, it's hard to put all the best of Crystal Gayle on a single disc. Maybe one day there will be a 2-CD anthology showcasing all her hits. Until then, this is a really good sampling of the music of Crystal Gayle. Her voice sounds as beautiful and timeless as ever. Highly recommended!
