Guide Review - Various Artists - Totally Country 6
Totally Country 6 opens up with the smash hit by Brad Paisley entitled "The World," and the country hits just keep coming at you one after another! This collection of country favorites covers the last couple years in country music. It's a nice mix of ballads and up tempo pop oriented country hits. Some of the ballads are, Phil Vassar's "The Last Day Of My Life," Kenny Chesney's "Who You'd Be Today," Carrie Underwood's "Don't Forget To Remember Me" and Gary Allen's "Life Ain't Always Beautiful." But if you like your country with a little more up tempo energy, You have Sugarland's "Something More," Faith Hill's "Sunshine and Summertime" and Gretchen Wilson's "California Girls." Some of the other songs worth mentioning are, Martina McBride's "(I Never Promised You A) Rose Garden" from her Timeless CD, Keith Anderson's "Every Time I Hear Your Name" and Montgomery Gentry's "Something To Be Proud Of."
Totally Country 6 is a great edition to the Totally Country series. Lots of really great music from some of today's top country performers. It's great to just pop in the CD player when you want nothing but the hits.
