Guide Review - Various Artists - Kids Country Hits 2
The first Kids' Country album spent 44 weeks on the Children's music charts, so of course they had to make a volume 2. This album includes hits like Sara Evans' "Born To Fly," Rascal Flatts' "Mayberry," and Shania Twain's "You're Still The One." These kids have some really great voices also. When I first heard that made this, I said: kids singing my favorite country tunes, I just don't know about that. But this is really good. Some of these artists even sound like the original artists at times. They are that good."Hey Good Looking" and "Wave on Wave" two of the songs on this album have kids that had wishes granted and were invited to sing on a real album. I think that makes two wishes granted. One teen had another wish granted when they provided musical equipment for a recording studio in his home.
If you have kids that like country music and love to sing along to the radio, this is a album for you. A real treat for someone that also likes to hear the voices of little ones singing to some of their favorites also. This project happened because someone Through the Make-A- Wish Foundation of Middle Tennessee, and Capitol Records made it happen. They gathered a group of children who have had wishes granted and who wanted to sing on a real album. Go and get this one, it's a real treat.
