Guide Review - Various Artists - Totally Country 4
I think the thing I enjoyed the most about this CD was the variety. While I'll admit that not everyone on here is my favorite artist, the variety made it very enjoyable to listen to. Big & Rich sing their cult hit "Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy" alongside George Strait crooning "Desperately." Montgomery Gentry belt out "Hell Yeah" along with Gary Allan singing his tearjerker "Tough Little Boys." Up-and-coming Nashville Star winner Buddy Jewell sings his hit song "Help Pour Out the Rain (Lacey's Song)" along with the well established Alan Jackson performing "That'd Be Alright."There are 17 tracks on this CD, and it is designed to make normal activities a little more fun. That drive to the store passes much faster. You feel like you are listening to the radio only without all the commercial breaks. There isn't a lot else to say, it is a compilation CD. Some artists on there that I didn't previously mention are: Blake Shelton, Toby Keith, Joe Nichols, Brad Paisley, Lonestar, Sara Evans, Los Lonely Boys and Clay Walker. It is quite the star-studded lineup and would be a fun addition to anyone's collection.
