Guide Review - Trent Willmon - A Little More Livin'
I had the rare opportunity to hear some of these songs on a Country Cruise last year and I just couldn't wait for Trents sophomore album. "Louisiana Rain" has got to be one of my favorites, I love the blues and he sings this one amazingly. Trent has many talents, cooking, roping, writing, singing and just being an all around true blue country boy."On Again Tonight," is one of the most romantic songs, and I hope one day to dance a waltz to it. The video is on both GAC and CMT, so catch it. When you hear "A Night In The Ground" you'll be changed, like I have, thanks Trent. It's a song with words to live by: "Cherish everything you got, because life is too darn short." The other thing I love about Trent is when he just plain talks in his songs, for some reason that adds something special.
Trent must have had a great time writing "Sometimes I Miss Ya" because it sure is a fun song to listen to. It's about a lost love and that he sometimes misses and "most of the time he don't!" Like Trents debut album this one does not have a bad song on it, it's great from beginning to end. If you get a chance to see Trent live in concert, go for it, you'll be happy you did, he's even better live.
