Guide Review - SHeDAISY - Fortuneteller's Melody
These sisters started out like many of us making our family and neighbors come to our shows we put on at home. I sure remember doing those kinds of things and my daughters do it for me now. But these ladies stuck with that talent God gave them and look at them now, struggled a bit, but they are in the big time now."I'm taking the wheel" is a great song about relationships and being the one in charge. They say it's a great transition from their hit "Passenger Seat." It was one of the first songs recorded but ended up in the middle of this amazing journey that they take you on. When I first heard "God Bless The American Housewife," I wanted so much for there to be a video, it screamed that. It is so true that we women try to do it all, and a miracle every now and again or two would be great even in our best days. What a great tribute.
Kristyn co-wrote 11 of the 12 tracks on this CD, she got to sit down with writers and make a journey come to life in all these songs. Sheryl Crow also collaborated on two of the tracks, "Whatever It Takes" and "Healing Side." This CD ends with "She Gets What I Derserve" but I think they'll get more that that on this CD, many big hits.
