Can I say it now? This guy is going to be the next big thing. What an incredible song this is. Sounds like a mix of Keith Urban and Dierks Bentley. Eric just wowed them at the Country Radio Seminar in Nashville, during the Capitol showcase. This song is groovin'.
Why, Why, Why - Billy Currington
When Billy released Doin' Somethin' Right I couldn't believe I loved every single song on the album. This single is an upbeat track, where he says basically, you said you love me the way I am, so why do you want to change me, now? Love it, and I'll bet you will too.
Easy Does It - Hot Apple Pie
If you like your country with an R&B feel to it, you'll just love this new single from Hot Apple Pie. This would be a great one to slow dance to with your special someone. Um hmm. This is from their self-titled debut.
Pearls - Shannon Brown
This is from Shannon's album due out this week, Corn Fed. Love the lyrics, which talks about "pearls of wisdom" that a mother is passing on to her daughter. This shows another side of Shannon, a softer side than what we heard in the rockin' title track.
Findin' a Good Man - Danielle Peck
Danielle's self-titled album comes out digitally on March 14th. This is the second single from the disc. The first single, "I Don't" was one of my favorites, and this one showcases more of the good music to be heard from Danielle, who is on Scott Borchetta's new label, Big Machine. She calls out to all the ladies about the difficulties of finding a good man. It's got some serious groove to it!
Favorite State of Mind - Josh Gracin
If you enjoyed Josh's quick paced "Nothin' to Lose" I think you'll really like this one, which has an equally fast pace to it. This song is the first single from Josh's upcoming sophomore release later this year. I think it will do quite well.
