Darius Rucker's "Wagon Wheel" secures the #1 spot on the country singles chart, 12 weeks after its debut. That pushes the former reigning champ, Blake Shelton, down to the runner-up slot with "Sure Be Cool If You Did." But don't feel too sad for ole Blake. His latest single, "Boys 'Round Here," is rocketing up the charts. Last week it was at #44 before makes a wild spree to #15. The track features support from wife Miranda Lambert and her group The Pistol Annies who have a new album on the horizon.

Kacey Musgraves's tenure at the top of the country music charts didn't last long. Blake Shelton knocked her debut album, Same Trailer Different Park, out of the water with his much-anticipated Based on a True Story... Just below Shelton is Alan Jackson's latest collection of religious songs, Precious Memories: Volume II. Luke Bryan's utterly ridiculous spring break album is partying hard at #3. Meanwhile, Thompson Square's sophomore effort makes a respectable debut at #4, with Taylor Swift's Red fills out the bottom tier of the top 5.

One person's pleasure is somebody else's heartbreak. That's my attempt at humor. What I mean to say: Hunter Hayes's "Somebody's Heartbreak" is #1 on the radio with Lee Brice's "I Drive Your Truck" at #2, up from #3. That leaves Blake Shelton with a sad frowny face at #4 with "Sure Be Cool If You Did," down from #1.
