Top 10 Country Singles
Rascal Flatts "Bless the Broken Road" continues its domination of the singles charts, making it five straight weeks at the top. At No. 2, moving up one is Josh Gracin's "Nothin' to Lose." I expect Josh to have his first No. 1 next week. At No. 3, dropping two, is Keith Urban's "You're My Better Half." At No. 4, moving up one is Craig Morgan's "That's What I Love About Sunday." "Baby Girl" becomes Sugarland's first Top 5 single this week. Congrats guys! And it's still moving up. At No. 6 is Brad Paisley's "Mud on the Tires," dropping two spots. Kenny Chesney's "Anything But Mine" moves up four to No. 7. Brooks & Dunn follow suit, moving up four to No. 8 with "It's Getting Better All the Time." And Montgomery Gentry make it three songs in a row that move up four spots, landing at No. 9 this week with "Gone." Billy Dean's "Let Them Be Little" drops one to No. 10, but still has a bullet, so will most likely move back up next week.
Moving Up at the Speed of Light
This week's fastest-rising song belongs to Darryl Worley, with "If Something Should Happen." The song debuted last week at No. 52 and climbs to No. 42 this week. Pat Green follows close behind with "Baby Doll," which debuted last week at No. 57 and this week lands at No. 48. Gretchen Wilson's "Homewrecker" moves up eight from No. 31 to No. 23 this week.

Top 10 Country Album Charts
On the Albums charts, we have a new No. 1, as Rascal Flatts move up two spots with Feels Like Today. The Totally Country 4 compilation album moves up three spots to No. 2 this week. Shania Twain moves up one to No. 3 with her Greatest Hits album, while Kenny Chesney drops three spots from the top to No. 4 with Be As You Are: Songs from an Old Blue Chair. Gretchen Wilson drops two spots to No. 5 with Here For The Party. At No. 6, moving up one is Lee Ann Womack's There's More Where That Came From. Flip-flopping with Lee Ann, Tim McGraw moves from No. 6 to No. 7 with Live Like You Were Dyin'. Toby Keith's Greatest Hits 2 remains constant at No. 8, as does George Strait's 50 Number Ones sticking at No. 9, and Big & Rich's Horse of a Different Color remains at No. 10.
New Album Releases
The only new release this week comes from Chely Wright, with The Metropolitan Hotel. It debuts this week at No. 18. This album is great. Do yourself a favor and pick it up. It's on my Top 10 for the year, along with Lee Ann Womack's latest.
NOTE: All chart rankings are based on the song or album's position on the Billboard Hot Country Singles Chart or Billboard Country Albums Chart for March 12, 2005.
