Lonestar remains at No. 1 for a second week with "Mr. Mom." Gary Allan's sultry "Nothing On But The Radio" moves up two spots this week and looks like it could be next week's No. 1, although "Mr. Mom" still has a bullet, and may hang on for another week. At No. 3, moving down one spot, and losing its bullet is Brooks & Dunn's "That's What It's All About." At No. 4 is Kenny Chesney's "The Woman With You," moving up two spots from last week. Rounding out the Top 5 is Tim McGraw's "Back When," which also moves up two spots from last week.

There's a tie this week for the fastest-rising song. Jimmy Wayne moves up seven spots this week, from No. 47 to No. 40 with "Paper Angels," and Joe Nichols cajun-influenced "What's A Guy Gotta Do" also moves up seven, from No. 55 to No. 48. Craig Morgan moves up six, from No. 40 to No. 34 with "That's What I Love About Sunday."

Toby Keith and his daughter Krystal debut their single this week, "Mockingbird" at No. 41. This is the song they recently performed on the CMA Awards show. Montgomery Gentry also performed their debuting song on the CMA Awards show. That song is called "Gone," and debuts at No. 45. Columbia newcomer Trent Willmon releases "Home Sweet Holiday Inn," which debuts at No. 57. Phil Vassar releases the sassy "I'll Take That As A Yes (The Hot Tub Song)," debuting this week at No. 60.

On the album side of things Shania Twain tops the charts with her Greatest Hits cd. The album sold 529,567 units in its first week, making it the biggest selling country Greatest Hits in SoundScan history; and second largest selling overall behind the Beatles. At No. 2 is Toby Keith debuting his Greatest Hits 2 cd, which sold 435,489 units this first week. At No. 3 is George Strait, with 50 Number Ones, dropping from No. 1 last week. At No. 4 is Gretchen Wilson's Here For The Party, which drops one spot from last week. And coming in at No. 5 is Tim McGraw with Live Like You Were Dyin', which also drops one spot from last week.

The CMA boosted sales on many of the artists that appeared. Gretchen Wilson jumped 74% over last week. Other artists with strong increases include Tim McGraw (32%), Entertainer of the Year, Kenny Chesney (61%), Big & Rich (53%), Vocal Group of the Year, Rascal Flatts (60%), Terri Clark (56%), Jimmy Buffett (40%), Male Vocalist of the Year, Keith Urban (62%), and Female Vocalist of the Year, Martina McBride (56%).

Besides Shania and Toby, there were new album releases from George Jones with 50 Years of Hits, debuting at No. 20. Randy Travis' Passing Through debuted at No. 23. We have another new Christmas album from Capitol, called Shimmy Down the Chimney: A Country Christmas debuts atNo. 71.

NOTE: All chart rankings are based on the song or album's position on the Billboard Hot Country Singles Chart or Billboard Country Albums Chart for November 27, 2004.
