All Carrie Underwood fans had buzzed about for the past three months or so was her fan club party. It's easily the most anticipated Carrie event of the year for her adoring fans. This year, the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry, got to host her own party at the Opry House.

Fan club members had started lining up in front of the venue since the early morning hours. By the time the doors were to open at 10:00 am, there were two lines of fans stretching all the way to the road in front of the Opry House. Once fans were let inside, they were given "Carrie Underwood Carnival Ride Treats" bag filled with cotton candy, popcorn, and M&M's.

The ceiling was lined with green and purple lights and there was green-screen styled "Carrie-oke" going on to let fans have the chance to sing their hearts out to their favorite Carrie tune. Once the other sets of Opry doors opened, it was a mad dash to get the best seat possible to see Ms. Underwood.

The curtain was down while we waited for the stage to be set up and they played "Carnival Ride" as we waited as well. Finally, the curtain rose and Matt introduced us to the artist we all were waiting for -- Carrie!

She was set up for an acoustic set with a few of her band members. It was a very personal concert for the fans, with Carrie singing acoustically and sitting on a stool for all of the performances.

She sang everything from "Crazy Dreams" and "The More Boys I Meet," to "Don't Forget to Remember Me" and "Jesus Take the Wheel." Some of the songs were fan-voted such as a cover of "Go Your Own Way," which Carrie had performed on last years Fashion Rocks on CBS. She also did one that had never been performed live yet; "You Won't Find This," and she did her current hit single, "Last Name," as well as a huge fan favorite, "Praying For Time."

Next, a fan was picked to interview Carrie from a contest in Carrie's Fan Club. Carrie answered questions ranging from, "Where do you see yourself in five years?" to "What do you do on the bus from town to town to pass time?" Carrie's mom also joined her onstage for the last few questions.

Last, but not least, there was a raffle. Matt handed out the prizes, and told what they were, while Carrie drew the numbers from a bag. The prizes were amazing. There were meet and greet passes, one-year fan club memberships, signed merchandise, an autographed guitar, iPod Shuffles, a Nintendo DS, a shirt worn by Carrie on the American Idol tour, and the grand prize was an all-expense-paid trip to New Orleans, LA to see Carrie live and meet her.

The surprises didn't stop there, though. As everyone left, you were handed the awesome "Opry Induction" Hatch Print poster of Carrie that was autographed, and you could pick either a hot pink or gray shirt that said "I partied with Carrie at the Opry House" on the back.

If I had to rate the party on a scale of 10, with that being the highest, I would give it a 15. It was absolutely amazing. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great time with other great people all for one amazing artist.
